Dave Showalter, Estimator/Production Coordinator

Dave joined the Country Kitchens & Titus Built team in September, 2007. A second generation carpenter, he has been involved in the residential construction industry for nearly thirty years. His diverse background includes years of hands-on experience working as a carpenter on high-end renovation projects, as well as working in building materials supply and distribution, design-build cost estimating, project coordination and design.

His responsibilities include estimating project costs, pricing change orders, overseeing material orders/budgets and working closely with the operations manager.

Dave is a 1978 graduate of The University of Connecticut and is a lifelong Connecticut resident. He lives in New Milford with his wife of twenty years, Terry, and their two teenage children, Allie and Michael.
