Estimator/Inside Project Manager
Overview:
The Project Manager is in charge of supervising all phases of actual construction as it takes place, to ensure the work is performed correctly, cost effectively, in proper sequence, expeditiously and in the highest level of quality. He is to interface with the client, architects, designers, city officials, consultants, structural engineers, sub contractors and material suppliers providing and or obtaining all pertinent information as required to strive for a harmonious and profitable experience for all involved. The employee is expected to participate fully in the development of the operating system of the organization into the top of its class and to aid the organization in performing at the highest level of service and quality.
Project Management:
- Electronic and hard copy file organization of Company documents
Estimating/Material Ordering:
- Create and maintain Company Employee Manual
Sales & Marketing:
- Electronic and hard copy file organization of Company documents
Administrative:
- Electronic and hard copy file organization of Company documents
- Estimating
