Marc De Simone, Assistant Project Manager

Marc De Simone joined the Titus Built team as Assistant Project Manager in April 2008. Marc oversees the daily supervision of projects under the direction of the Operations Manager by managing and monitoring all phases of construction. He ensures that work is performed correctly, cost effectively, in proper sequence and at the highest level of quality.

Prior to joining Titus Built, Marc held the position of Construction Manager for Toll Brothers, a national luxury home-building firm, where he managed all aspects of the construction process from inception to completion, focusing upon the assurance of quality workmanship leading to total client satisfaction.

Marc is a native and resident of Wilton, Connecticut, where he graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in May 2006 and played four years of varsity football as a wide receiver. In his spare time, Marc remains active in the community by playing recreational league sports and volunteering time as a coach for youth sports.
